The Oakcliffe Hotel is a small family run guest House situated in the Heart of the historic city of Exeter where Bill and Lorraine have been welcoming guest for many years, and is popular with both Business and Tourist travellers alike throughout the year. The Oakcliffe Is a charming late – Victorian guest house that was established in 1961 and has been in the family for over 40 years. We are situated close to the City Centre, The University of Exeter and Exeter College. The Coach Station is a 15 minute walk and St David’s and Central Railway Stations are just 5 minutes away and with a 10 minute walk to the city centre there is a wide variety of shops to cater for your every need. Ideally situated for exploring Exeter and the Devon country side and its numerous attractions. Exeter is one of Britain’s oldest cities and there is a lot of heritage to explore with just a short walk to the magnificent 14th century Cathedral the Roman city walls and the Under ground passages. You can browse the antique shops on the quayside and take a boat ride along the River Exe or just enjoy some light refreshment or even a Devon cream tea. 
Rosehill rooms and cookery is a beautiful Victorian house, built in the 19th century it has large, light and airy rooms and is close to both the coastal path, town centre and beach in Budleigh Salterton, Devon. The house has a pretty garden and the extensive Victorian veranda which faces the garden is a great place to relax, with lots of places to sit. Each of our bedrooms is individual there are 4 bedrooms, Sandcastle, Pebbles, Beach Hut and Steamer Steps; all of them have been re-furbished in 2009 with new luxurious bathrooms and fixtures and fittings. All are large and spacious featuring a large king or even larger queen size bed, sofa and flat screen TV, refreshments tray, fluffy bath robes, hairdryer and magazines. Beautiful furnishings and luxury bedlinen make the rooms as comfortable as possible for a great relaxing stay. Breakfast is served in the large dining room which overlooks the pretty gardens, we have a very extensive breakfast menu with of course full english, cereals, porridge, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and many more choices! We can cater for all sorts of dietary needs. We will also be starting our cookery side of the business and will be holding cookery demonstrations starting in Spring 2010.
The Braeside Guesthouse is a Grade II listed building at the heart of Exeter City Centre. It is very close to the High Street, Guildhall, Exeter Cathedral and the University. It is in walking distance to Exeter College, the new state of the art Princesshay complex, Guildhall Shopping Centre and Harlequins Center,The Braeside is also in walking distance from the Central and St Davids Railway Stations and Exeter Coach Station nearby, also Odeon and Vue Cinemas. Exeter Airport is approximately 5 miles from the guesthouse.

Car park is available at a charge £5 per day Monday - Saturday and £2 on Sundays if required. The car park is located in Queen Street which is just on the approach of the Clock Tower; from New North Road turn left and directly left into the Car Park. Oke Lodge Hotel is a 21 bedroom hotel providing B&B, conveniently situated approximately 500 meters from the river Exe and 1 mile to the City Centre, University and the Exeter Cathedral.
